Art
Art works are made to develop ideas for animations. They give physical form to patterns that emerge from scientific understanding and sensory experience.
Patterns are circlular, spiralling and crossing: trace forms of gestures that have been used to describe structures within the Antarctic ecosystem and that exist within the human body. A lexicon of primal gestural forms is used to combine scientific and sensory knowledge of our changing environment.
