As animations evolved,
further art works were made
that distilled ideas and feelings
that arose from making these.
These works in turn
helped to further clarify
the meanings of the animations.

Dots and lines
from the digital medium
were given physical form.

Ice mirror is a remnant
of an early experiment
in stop-motion animation.
It represents the idea
that our actions
change environments
that in turn change us.

This drawing evolved
by repeatedly drawing
shadows of moving bodies
cast onto paper,
and photographing
their changing shapes.
